Ed Collins

Ed Collins is the Director of Product and Process Development at Eurofins Product Development & Innovation (EPDI.) He has worked in the Food Industry for almost 35 years and has worked in product and process development roles at Kraft General Foods and Ingredion before coming to EPDI in 2005. His background included drink mixes, thermally processed products, bakery start-ups, spray drying and agglomeration. He worked directly with clients to develop new products, create new processes, and launch new ingredients and products to market.

During his 20 years with the EPDI, Ed has worked on just about every form of beverage, nutritional product, meal, and snack as his team creates new products for clients at all stages of the development cycle.

Grace Bandong

Grace Bandong is the Laboratory Director for Contaminants for Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing Madison (EFCT). Grace has spent over 30 years in the food and supplement industry specializing in contaminants analysis including elemental analysis, pesticide residue analysis and risk assessments. Over the years, Grace has developed contaminant-testing programs that support supplier verification for food and dietary supplement brand owners and manufacturers and is an expert chemical risk assessment for dietary supplements and food.
